1 General
CBZ-3 cathodic protection console is the supported product of PS-1LC telecontrol transformer-rectifier. Connect the console with two TRs (operating unit and ***re unit) can compose the impressing current cathodic protection system. The console is equipped with standard data teletransmission port and data telecontrol port, which is convenient for connecting with computer to realize intelligent management.
2 Technical index
2.1 Power Supply£º Single Phase AC 220VÍÁ 10%,50Hz Ê¿ 10%.
2.2 Safety Requirements
2.2.1 Isolation resistance: The isolation resistance between power input terminals and encloser should not be less than 10MQ.
2.2.2 Dielectric strength: Between power input terminals and encloser should be able to endure AC 1500V, 50Hz(virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
2.2.3 Dielectric isolation: Between ¡°Zero Potential¡± terminal and each signal output terminal should be able to endure AC 750V, 50Hz (virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
2.3 Teletransmission ports
2.3.3.1 Teletransmission potential signal: Standard industrial signals (4 ~ 20mA) are corresponding to potential (0 ¡ª 3000mV).
2.3.2 Teletransmission current signal: Standard industrial signals (4 ~ 20mA) are corresponding to current (0 ~ rated value).
2.3.3 Teletransmission voltage signal: Standard industrial signals (4 ~ 20mA) are corresponding to voltage (0 ~ rated value).
2.3.4 Teletransmission operation signal: The operation signals for A unit, B unit and console can be transmitted remotely.
2.4 Telecontrol ports
2.4.1 Telecontrol startup and shutdown signals: To start A unit or to start B unit or to close the system can be controlled remotely by telecontrol signals.
2.4.2 Telecontrol given signal: Telecontrol given signal is standard industrial signal(4 ~ 20mA). When the telecontrol given signal is inputted, the TR will be controlled by telecontrol given signal; when the signal has been canceled, the TR will switch to be controlled |
