1 General
PS-1LC telecontrol transformer-rectifier is widely used to protect all kinds of metal structures and facilities by impressed current cathodic protection, such as pipelines and cables which are buried in soil, seawater and chemical medium, piers, tanks, ships and coolers. When used with the supported product CBZ-3 cathodic protection console, the TR can realize data teletransmission and telecontrol to achieve the intelligent management.
2 Production Features
2.1 The TR has been provided with digital meters to display output voltage and current, given potential and protective potential.
2.2 The TR has been equipped with false load in order to check and maintenance.
2.3 The TR has been provided with functions of soft start, anti-lightning protection, resist power line interference (50Hz), and current-limiting, error alarming, etc.
2.4 The TR has been provided with auto-switching function. When the TR cannot run in constant potential operation mode, the TR will switch to constant current operation mode and will be operating at the constant current which had been preset.
2.5 When receiving telecontrol given signal, the TR will be controlled by telecontrol given signal.
3 Technical Performance
3.1 Power supply£º Single Phase AC220VÊ¿ 10%,50Hz ÍÁ 5%.
3.2 Safety requirements
3.2.1 Isolation resistance: The isolation resistance between power input terminals and encloser should not be less than 10MQ.
3.2.2 Dielectric strength: Between power input terminals and encloser should be able to endure AC 1500V, 50Hz(virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
3.3 Adjustable ranges of output voltage and output current: 1%~100% of rated value. The output rated value can be ***ermined by uses.
3.4 Ripple coefficient is not more than 5% when the TR is operating on rated output state.
3.5 Operation Mode
3.5.1 Manual adjustment operation mode: The output current is consecutive and can be regulated manually.
