General
The potential conveyor could isolate and transform pipe-soil potential of buried metal pipeline to be standard industrial signal(4 ~ 20mA). The potential conveyor has been equipped with RS485 data transmission port, which is convenient for collecting and managing data. The pipe-soil potential can be displayed by LCD.
1 Technical index

1.2 Safety Requirements
1.2.1 Insulation Resistance: Insulation resistance which is relative power input terminals to encloser is more than 2 MQ.
1.2.2 Dielectric strength
1.2.2.1 When using alternating current power, between power input terminals and encloser should be able to endure AC 1500V, 50Hz(virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
When using direct current power, between power input terminals and encloser should be able to endure DC500V test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
1.2.2.2 Between power input terminals and encloser can able to endure 500V, 50Hz (virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and there is no flashover or breakdown.
1.2.3 Dielectric isolation: Among potential input terminal, current output terminal and power should be able to endure 750V, 50Hz (virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
1.3 Input range of pipe-soil potential: 0 ~ 3000mV.
1.4 Reference input impedance is more than 1 MQ.
1.5 Output current: (4~20)mA standard industrial signal.
1.6 Load resistance range: 0-600 Q.
1.7 Transform precision of potential-current is better than 1%.
1.8 Resist AC interference: On condition that the value of AC interference voltage between ˇ°Referenceˇ± terminal and ˇ°Zeroˇ± terminal is 50Hz, 30V, the precision of potential-current is better than 1%.
1.9 Resist instantaneous interference: The conveyor is normal after inflicting 1 KV instantaneous DC high-pressure for 20 M s on pipe-soil potential input terminal.
