1. General
DJ-2 transformer rectifier is widely used to protect all kinds of metal structures and facilities by impressed current cathodic protection, such as pipelines and cables which are buried in soil, seawater and chemical medium, piers, tanks, ships and coolers. The transformer recHʠe is provided with advanced technical index, high reliability and long service life.
2. Production Features
DJ-2 transformer rectifier adopts thyristor primary regulator, transNeʠe decompression and rectification technology of secondary recti` tube. The TR is provided with smooth output regulation, small loss and high efficiency. Transformer, rectifying unit and filtering unit are equipped in oil box, and control components are equipped in control box. The degree of protection of encloser is IP65.

3.1 Power supply Three phase AC380V 10% 50Hz5%
3.2 Safety requirements
3.2.1 Isolation resistance: The isolation resistance between power input terminal and encloser should not be less than 10MQ.
3.2.2 Dielectric strength: Between power input terminal and encloser should be able to endure 1500V, 50Hz (virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.
3.3 Adjustable ranges of output voltage and output current: 5%~100% of rated value.
3.4 Ripple coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than 15% when the TR is operating on rated output state.
3.5 Operation Mode
3.5.1 Manual adjustment operation mode: Constant current can be regulated manually.
3.5.2 Remote control operation mode: Constant current can be regu㸬Hʲ remotely by the computer.
3.6 TR has been provided with soft start function.
3.7 There is over-current protection in TR.
3.8 Alarm
3.8.1 When output current is up to 102 % ~ 110 % of rated output current, the TR will alarm with sound and light.
3.8.2 When the door is open, the TR will alarm with sound and light.
